2020 Application Submission Dates

(These are the dates the application must be sent to the Fund administrator. Applications should be submitted to the member's family representative a week before this date so that the family representative can discuss the application with the applicant and questions can be resolved before the actual due date shown above.)
Family members who wish to submit a grant/loan application should consider the following:
- Use the most up-to-date application form that can be downloaded from the Forms/Other Info page.
- Review the Grant Criteria page to ensure the application meets all the stated requirements.
- Make sure all the required information is included with the application.
- Submit the application to the appropriate trustee at least a week before the dates shown above, preferably in a single .pdf file.
- The appropriate family trustee can be found on the Trust Managers page; their Email address can be found on the Contact Us page.
