Trust Managers
The following are important management roles of the Baughman/Marinelli Opportunity Fund.
Grantors
Dave Baughman
Debbie Baughman
The Grantors set up the Trust, have provided the assets to the Trust and may continue to provide additional assets in the future. They also are responsible for the Trust's taxes while they are alive.
Co-Trustees
Dave Baughman - Individual Co-Trustee
Debbie Baughman - Individual Co-Trustee
Brian Simmons, Premier Trust – Corporate Co-Trustee
The Co-Trustees (both Individual and Corporate) are responsible for the maintenance and day-to-day activities of the Trust. They are "directed trustees" and take direction from other trust roles in performing their duties. All of the Co-Trustees must be in agreement before they can act.
Distribution Committee
Cindy Schnatterly – Committee Member representing the Augustin Family
Byron Baughman – Committee Member representing the Allen Baughman Family
Chad Baughman – Committee Member representing the Robert Baughman Family
Tammy Fraser – Committee Member representing the Cliff Baughman and Nancy Swank Families
Ken Marinelli – Committee Member representing the Marinelli Family
Randy Rastetter – Committee Member representing the Rastetter Family
The Distribution Committee Members are responsible for understanding the criteria and rules of the Trust; reviewing grant applications; and awarding grants based on the tenets of the Trust. Each committee member serves as a direct liaison to a specific branch of the family for answering questions and representing grant applications to the rest of the Distribution Committee.
Trust Advisors

The Trust Advisors are responsible to manage all of the assets of the Trust. The have sole authority to purchase, sell and retain assets, and manage the investments of the Trust.
Independent Trust Advisor
Matt Merwin
The Independent Trust Advisor is responsible to ensure the tenets of the Trust are followed; acts as a trust expert for the Trust; and provides an independent point of view in any disagreements among the Distribution Committee members. The Independent Trust Advisor must agree to all actions of the Distribution Committee and serves as a "tie-breaker" when they cannot come to a majority decision.
